They cover a large range of coupons :

• Coupons used between FRANCE and its former colonies succesively named :
  "Coupon-réponse franco-colonial" (01/02/1927), "Coupon-réponse de l'Union française" (1951), "Coupon-réponse de la Communauté française" (1959), and "Coupon-réponse (E)" (1963).
  First issue 01/02/1927. Still in use.
  New coupons with values in "euro" have been issued after the withdrawal of all French postal values in French francs.
  

• Coupons used between UNITED KINGDOM and its former colonies succesively named :
  "Imperial reply coupon" (04/04/1927) and "Commonwealth reply coupon" (05/1953).
  First issue 04/04/1927. Supressed on the 31/12/1975.
  

• Coupons used between SPAIN and its former colonies named :
  "Vale de respuesta hispano colonial", "Vale de respuesta colonias españolas", and "Vale de respusta zona de protectorado español en Marruecos".
  First issue 01/06/1933. Supressed on the 15/04/1973.
  

• Coupons used between JAPAN and other territories : Mandchouo (during Japanese occupation), and the Ryu-Kyu Islands (during US occupation of these islands).
  JAPAN / MANDCHOUO : First issue 26/01/1936. Supressed on the 08/08/1945.
  JAPAN / RYU - KYU Islands : First issue 01/07/1956. Supressed on the 15/05/1972.
  

• Japan / Mandchouo ( Mandchouo )		Spanish-American postal union (UPAE) ( Costa Rica)

• Coupons used between countries members of the Spanish-American postal union (UPAE), named :
  "Cupón-respuesta americoespañol".
  Such coupons have been sold in : Brésil, Colombie, Costa-Rica, Cuba, Équateur, Espagne (including Spanish offices in Andorra and Tangier), Guatemala, Haïti, Honduras, Mexique, Panama, Paraguay, Salvador and Venezuela.
  First issue 01/10/1937. Supressed on 29/02/1956.
  

• Coupons used between countries members of the Arab postal Union (APU).
  Such coupons are (or have been) sold in : Algérie, Arabie Saoudite, Émirats Arabes Unis (and, previously : Doubaï and Shardjah), Iraq, Jordanie, Koweit, Liban, Libye, Maroc, Oman, Qatar, Soudan, Syrie, and Yémen(s).
  First issue 01/03/1956. It seems that the are no longer available since 1992 when APU moved to CAPP (Commission Arabe Permanente des Postes).

• Coupons used between countries members of the West African postal conference "CAPTEAO" (Conférence africaine des postes et télécommunications des états de l'Afrique de l'ouest).
  Such coupons have been sold in : Bénin, Burkina-Faso, Côte d'Ivoire, Mali, Mauritanie, Niger et Sénégal.
  First issue 04/1978 (?). Toujours en service (au moins dans certains pays au milieu des années 2000).
